Advisory: DLSL Online Application Process Timeline (time spent for DLSL online application).
1. Read Application Policies and Guidelines
-Prior to beginning your application, applicants are required to thoroughly read the DLSL application policies and guidelines. This will help you understand eligibility, requirements, deadlines, and the steps in the application process.
2. Prepare All Required Documents in Advance
-Gather and complete all documents that need to be uploaded before setting up your DLSL online application account. This includes scanned copies of your Report Card, PSA certificates, and any other necessary files as specified in the guidelines.
-Having these documents ready ensures a smooth, uninterrupted application process.
3. Application Completion Time
-The entire process—from reading the policies and guidelines, accepting the Data Privacy Statement, up to payment of application fee and selecting your DLSL Admissions Test schedule—can be completed within 25 minutes if all requirements are ready and available.
4. Impact of Incomplete Requirements
-If you proceed to create your DLSL Online Application Account with incomplete documents, the progress and eventual completion of your application will depend on when you obtain and upload all the required documents.
-For example, if your Report Card is not yet available because the school has not released the Certified True Copy, your application cannot advance until you have uploaded this document.
5. How to Obtain PSA Documents
-Requests for your PSA E-Birth Certificate or Marriage Certificate should be made via the PSA-DLSL link provided within the DLSL online portal.
-Follow the instructions on the site to ensure you secure the required official documents.

Double-check all your documents before beginning the application to avoid interruptions.
The system works most smoothly if you have all requirements on hand from the start.
Advisory for DLSL Applicants: Payment of Application Fee via Dragonpay
1. Reference Number Expiry
If you are unable to pay your application fee, it is likely because the reference number or payment code provided by Dragonpay has already expired. Each reference number is valid only for a specific period, as indicated during your payment setup.
2. Cancel and Restart Payment Setup
When a reference number expires, it can no longer be used for transactions. You need to cancel the expired reference code in the system. After cancellation, initiate a new Dragonpay payment setup through your DLSL admissions portal to obtain a new reference number for your payment.
3. Monitor the Expiration Date
Always double-check the expiration date and time of your Dragonpay reference number. This information is provided when the code is generated.
Make sure to complete your payment before the deadline to avoid inconvenience and delays in processing your application.
4. Repeat the Process as Needed
If a new reference number expires before you can pay, don’t worry. Simply repeat the cancellation and payment setup process to generate another valid code.
This process can be done as many times as necessary until you successfully complete your payment.
Tip:
Avoid last-minute payments to prevent issues with expired reference numbers and ensure your application proceeds smoothly.

For new and transfer applicants, proceed with the online application by clicking "I Agree." The entrance examination schedule for SY 2027-2028 will start in November 2026.

Application Fee Exemption (Please do not attempt to pay the application fee even if you received an email advisory; secure a certification)
(A) For Integrated School: Student-applicants from Grades 1 to 10 secure certification of Top 3 Ranking in SY 2025-2026 (overall) and upload it in the DLSL Online Application Portal. Please wait for the IATO to waive the application fee in the online portal, after which you will receive an email with the schedule for the DLSL Entrance Examination.
(B) For College: Please choose one that applies.
(1) Secure Top 3 Certification of the Graduating Batch and upload it in the DLSL Online Application Portal, please use Grade 11 ranking in SY 2025-2026;
(2) Republic Act 12006 - Secure Top 10% of the Graduating Batch certification (e.g Grade 11 overall ranking in SY 2025-2026) and Certificate of Indigency as defined by NEDA duly certified by Department of Social Welfare and Development, upload these document in the DLSL Online Application Portal;
(3) Applicants from Public Schools applying for education degree programs are exempt from paying the application fee (no certification needed). If the applicant decide to switch from an education program to another degree or certificate program, will need to pay the application fee. Please wait for the IATO to waive the application fee in the online portal, after which you will receive an email with the schedule for the DLSL Entrance Examination.

A parent or legal guardian should guide minors navigating this DLSL School Management System (SMS). In the registration, use the parent's or legal guardian's active email address. The parent or legal guardian's email will receive all notifications during and about the application.
Application and reservation fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

The Institutional Admission and Testing Office (IATO) hereby recognizes that the personal information in this application is confidential.
The Data Privacy Act of 2012 mandates that IATO, an institutional unit of De La Salle Lipa (DLSL), protect the privacy of this information.
As part of this commitment, IATO will obtain the applicant's consent before processing any personal or sensitive information, and it has clearly established measures for protection and safekeeping.
After one year from the application date, the Institutional Admission and Testing Office (IATO) will properly dispose of all applications and documents that are no longer active. For the purpose of evaluating and categorizing my application, I voluntarily consent to the Institutional Admission and Testing Office (IATO) disclosing and processing my personal and sensitive information, including placement and assessment test results, disciplinary records, special needs, psycho-emotional condition, and physical disability, as included in this application form.
The registrar, scholarship office, guidance office, and other institutional offices with legitimate educational interests will receive the necessary information.
I also authorize all schools previously attended to release any information or records requested by the Institutional Admission and Testing Office (IATO) in relation to this application. I understand that the processing of my application will utilize all the information provided.
If there are any discrepancies between the details encoded in my application and the official documents (such as my birth certificate, report card, or passport) that I have submitted, I grant DLSL permission to make corrections and edits to my online application and student information.
